pinapaitan is a soup like with vinegar,papait or the bitter juice that is extracted from the small intestine
of goat or beef plus there internal organ,mix together and cook for a period of time to make the organs soft. This dish is popular on the northern part of the Philippines. Usually it goes with a hard drink or as they say masarap na pulutan. or over a steam of rice for lunch. For those who have a choosy stomach this is a big no for them.I recommend for pinoy food adventurer.Enjoy.
